This document outlines the shipping and return policies for Sou Fong Limited. All purchases of womens shoes from vividheels.com are subject to these terms. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to this policy.
Shipping Policy
Sou Fong Limited ships womens shoes to destinations as permitted at checkout. Shipping timelines are standard and vary based on the destination and the carrier. Sou Fong Limited does not guarantee expedited delivery or specific arrival dates. The buyer receives a shipping confirmation with tracking information when the order is dispatched. Order processing occurs before shipment. The buyer must provide accurate shipping information. Sou Fong Limited is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
14-Day No-Reason Refund Policy
The buyer has exactly 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for any reason. No reason is required. The return period begins on the delivery date. Requests submitted after 14 calendar days are not eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
The buyer completely bears the return shipping costs. Sou Fong Limited does not provide prepaid return labels. Sou Fong Limited does not reimburse shipping fees. The buyer must arrange and pay for the return shipment.
Refund Arrival Time
After Sou Fong Limited receives the returned item, the refund is initiated. The refund arrival time is at least 14 days from the date Sou Fong Limited receives the return. This applies to all payment methods except PayPal as noted below.
PayPal Refund Timing
For PayPal refunds, the refund arrival time is at least 14 days from the date Sou Fong Limited receives the return. However, in some regions, local laws require PayPal refunds to take up to 30 days. The buyer must allow up to 30 days for PayPal refunds in those regions. Sou Fong Limited complies with all applicable local laws.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. This 7-day period matches the Terms of Service. Return Authorization

Sou Fong Limited does not accept returns without a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be written on the outside of the package.
Return Process

Step 2: Sou Fong Limited will provide a return authorization. Do not ship items without a return authorization.

Inspection of Returns
After Sou Fong Limited receives the return, an inspection occurs. The inspection verifies that the womens shoes are unused and in original packaging. The inspection verifies that all tags are attached. If the return passes inspection, the refund is processed. If the return fails inspection, Sou Fong Limited will notify the buyer. The buyer may request the return of the item at the buyer's expense.
Refund Method
