An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. Sou Fong Limited may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If an order is canceled by Sou Fong Limited, the customer receives a refund according to the refund terms in this document.
Pricing and Payment

Shipping and Delivery

14 days No-Reason Refund Policy
Customers may request a refund for any reason or no reason within 14 days after delivery. The refund request must be submitted to Sou Fong Limited within 14 days after the customer receives the order. The customer must return the women's shoes in original condition, with original packaging and tags. Shoes that are worn, altered, damaged by the customer, or missing components may be rejected. The customer must follow the return instructions provided by Sou Fong Limited. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error by Sou Fong Limited.
After Sou Fong Limited receives and inspects the returned item, Sou Fong Limited will approve or reject the refund. Refund processing and arrival to the customer's account takes at least 14 days from approval. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. The customer must provide accurate payment account details. Delays caused by payment providers, banks, or local financial regulations are outside the control of Sou Fong Limited.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. The customer must contact Sou Fong Limited within exactly 7 days of receipt and provide the order number, a description of the damage or defect, and clear photographs. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt will not be accepted. Sou Fong Limited may require the customer to return the item for inspection. Returns and Exchanges

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The governing law for these Terms of Service is Hong Kong law.
